Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Level Custom Designs. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our product has not met your expectations, we want to hear from you. Please CONTACT US and we will gladly refund or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.  We’ll even pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

If you feel your product was damaged during shipping, please CONTACT US immediately and we will work to quickly resolve the issue.  

Once we have received your returned item(s) please allow up to 30 days for us to process your refund or reship your item.  

Shipping

Due to the nature of our products, some items sold in our shop will require us to provide you with adjusted shipping fees. These items will state in the description that we will be contacting you after placement of your order to provide an adjusted shipping fee.  If you have any questions about our shipping fees, please CONTACT US any time.
